Qualitative Research of Oral Health-related Beliefs and Behaviors

Sponsored by: Geriatric Oral Research
Description: Qualitative research is an inductive rather than a deductive method for identifying and exploring oral health-related beliefs and behaviours, and particularly matters relating to quality of life. It uses a wide-range of exploratory techniques - ranging from unstructured interviews to naturalistic observations - applied systematically to provide trustworthy and useful information that is inaccessible to scientific measurements and tests.
