Description: Pseudo-realistic in vitro tests, simulating the geometry, loading, and environment characterizing in vivo use, provide potentially meaningful information regarding the mechanical behavior of different dental restorative materials in clinical applications. However, these tests can be very time-consuming and expensive. Are the results worth all the extra effort?
