Description: The title of our symposium is Morphogenesis and regeneration of tooth and bone. Japanese Association for Dental Research (JADR) officially supports this symposium, providing traveling expense for speakers and chairpersons. I chose Asian Scientists as speakers from Japan, Korea and China, who are active researches in the fields of bone and tooth in their own countries and United States. Our symposium includes 5 speakers other than 4 doctors described above. Information about another doctor is as follow. Name: Masanori Saito Institution: Kanagawa Dental University, Japan Title: Morphogenesis of periodontal ligament I will chair this symposium with Dr. Keiichi Ohya, Tokyo Medical and dental University. The speakers of this symposium are leading scientists in the field of bone and tooth research. This symposium aims advanced level for scientists in the fields of oral biology, periodontology, implantology and oral surgery. This symposium provides recent advances in the morphogenesis of bone and tooth including periodontium. I believe that this symposium provides the cutting edge of the researches in the field of morphogenesis and regeneration of bone and tooth. Since I chose 5 Asian Scientists for this symposium, the symposium may provide an opportunity to make collaboration between Asian Scientists and those from other regions.
