| Essentials in Grant Writing - Part 1 | ||||||||||||||||
Sponsored by: NIDCR | ||||||||||||||||
| Description: This seminar, which will be presented by Grant Writers' Seminars and Workshops (www.grantcentral.com), will be very different from grant-writing programs you may have attended in the past. It will emphasize principles and fundamentals that are essential to preparation of the template or master plan for a successful NIDCR/NIH grant application. The tips, strategies, and psychology that guide the preparation of the master plan for an application will be presented, together with step-by-step instructions on how to create the linear progression of logic that is so critical for the preparation of a fundable proposal. How to avoid the most common problems associated with the development of an application's template will be emphasized; examples and practical suggestions will be provided. The material will be appropriate for both beginning and experienced proposal-writers. Those who have attended versions of this seminar in the past may want to attend again as a means of "brushing up" and ensuring that they have kept abreast of the latest changes in approach that are being recommended by the presenters. The workshop is supported by NIDCR | ||||||||||||||||
