Description: Murine models in studies of bone regeneration and turnover will be discussed, including transgenic mice/models used for evaluation of systemic mediators and dissecting out host mechanisms associated with skeletal metastasis and approaches for regeneration of bone. Advantages/disadvantages of various approaches along with specifics of experimentation will be provided
